Third Floor:
Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and updated finishes.

Before your stay, we kindly ask that you complete a pre-arrival form and review and sign our rental agreement.

A $100 pet fee applies per stay, if any pets.
Early check-in (no earlier than 2 PM) and late check-out (no later than 12 PM) may be available upon request, each for an additional $25 fee. Please inquire in advance for availability.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
